I saw the solution was easy by just replacing the part, but after trying to contact support and not getting an answer I wrote it off. Look for American made products. With the flick of a switch I can get my cards out in less than 5 seconds. Each section contains up to 5 cards. I no longer have to rummage through my bulky wallet wondering where a particular card is. I would recommend this wallet to those who don't like carrying money around. I bought this for my fiance a few months ago and he absolutely loves it. i love it too He's looking very good, he's dropped it on the ground a few times and hasn't slowed down which is great. I really liked this wallet when I received it last week. It easily took all of my credit and ID cards, wasn't overly heavy, and gave me quick access to my cards with the press of a button. Got compliments straight away, in fact the waitress at the restaurant just said to me "that's so cool" when I reinserted my card and heard the mechanism that moves the cards in and out slamming the floor in front of my feet . Not that cool I guess. Luckily I found the two dropped cards instead of losing them.
