WAC Lighting SK14S-DB Flexrail 1 🔌 Sloped Ceiling Adapter in Brushed Nickel Finish Review

1/8 IPS Thread Straight Thread 0.380" to 0.390" OD. This is the most common type of thread on a lamp or ceiling light. This corner adapter fits my Progress Lighting P3712-20 ceiling light perfectly. The oiled bronze finish was spot on.

I recently bought a semi-recessed light that I wanted to mount on a sloping roof. At first I thought I could find a solution, but I couldn't. I searched Amazon for ideas before turning the light back on. Luckily I found this adapter and it solved my whole problem. Raven comes to the rescue.

Picture NOT as described. I ordered this as a "MATCHED NICKL" item as per the written description. Instead I got what the picture showed (black color). This was a waste of time and this company should be removed if they can't do something simple (description AND picture must match). Misleading customers due to your laziness/incompetence is doubtful.

It was perfect for me. I needed a way to mount a dining room light on our sloping ceiling, even though it was only designed to work on a standard horizontal ceiling. I bought two of these adapters and they fit perfectly onto the two threaded studs that came with my mount. They're also set at the perfect angle, which I needed as the light canopy needed to be flush with the ceiling. These adapters are well made and were the perfect solution for me.

An amazing little adapter that allowed us to use a pendant light that hangs from a straight rod instead of a chain and needs to be fixed to a sloping ceiling. The color goes perfectly with the antique finish of the lamp, so you can't tell it's not original. It's very difficult to move, but I'm ok with that because once it's in place I don't want it to get out of direct alignment like you're messing with with it to change a lightbulb. Very happy with this little gadget!

This is good value for money BUT the production process needs more quality control. I bought 3 out of 4. My husband had to run a threader through the part that connects to the lamp to screw the thread through the gasket on the lamp far enough to close the thread. This is the reason for the low stars for ease of installation and rating. After that, they did a great job on the areas where my ceilings sloped and my overhead lighting needed adjustment. would buy again. (photo before adapter)

I bought this light adapter to mount on a sloping ceiling and it worked exactly as you would imagine. I simply plugged the female connector into the light well, routed the wiring through the adapter, through the mounting base, and then screwed the male connector onto the mounting base. I like that the hinge isn't too loose to keep the light from wobbling, but it's also loose enough that the weight of the light causes it to hang vertically. It would be nice if there were a few more color…
