I've Seen how professional groomers praise this clipper for trimming Standard Poodles; You were right! The adjustable blade adapts perfectly to the face and legs without overheating. Pick up short blades, slide along the guide and shave your whole body! 2 batteries means one is in the charger and the other in the device - it will charge before the other runs out. I love it. They come in handy in the barn

I like these. They will come in handy in the shed. I used to clip horses professionally and they are great for finishing. I used them to shave my white mustang socks (the socks from her winter coat that were dirty). They also helped her learn how to use hair clippers as they are cordless and silent. I used them to shave my cat (medium coat) and everything worked fine. I have not used them on my dog except for the finishing touch. I shave my dog with horse clippers. You could get away with…

I love the WAHL ARCO professional clipper!

This is the dog clipper workhorse! It comes with two batteries, one in the clipper and one for charging as a backup. I've been using the one in the clipper since the day I got it and never charged it! I have three small Shih Tzu dogs that I have clipped three times. It's powerful enough, runs quieter than my mains powered clippers, doesn't get hot and doesn't interfere with the cord!
