Does everything the TRX mount does for 1/3 of the price.

I've owned the real TRX mount before but left it in my last house I lived in. I ordered this one since it was 1/3 of the price and it does just as well. I'm 235 lbs and this mount holds me just fine when screwed in properly to a stud. I highly recommend this product.

Pros
  • The Wall Mount Bracket for Suspension Straps seems to be of very good quality. Easy to install.
Cons
  • The bracket is made of low-quality materials that may not last long

Over the top, which is good

This bracket is extremely sturdy and, like the other reviewers said, much larger than you'd think. Bought two: one for the TRX in the bedroom and another one for the TRX or a hanging chair in the patio. These brackets and the hardware included will outlast our house.

Pros
  • Enhances grip strength for greater overall fitness
Cons
  • The bracket may not be strong enough to hold heavier users during use

Finally got my TRX put up in the garage.

We bought this house during Covid and I was using my TRX on a tree or on a wooden post. I would even use it with the door. Once I got this wall attachment I have been able to set my TRX up in the garage and it has been a life changer. Just make sure that you have a drill strong enough to get through the studs.

Pros
  • Exercise Machine Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • The bracket may not be suitable for use in a commercial gym setting

Fast and easy install, these I know are A+ because they are used for TRX and my chiropractor has them installed for his therapist area and they are sturdy when installed correctly. I am using them for my yoga trapeze that I installed last night. Easy to put up and strong, durable material! I highly recommend these for safe workout bands or yoga trapeze, what ever you do, they hold up!

Pros
  • Ergonomic design for comfortable gripping and easy handling
Cons
  • The bracket may not fit on all types of walls due to its size

It is as good or better than any TRX I have ever used .

I bought the emerge fitness suspension straps with the fadein wall/ceiling mount. It is as good or better than any TRX I have ever used and less than half the cost. I am a personal trainer and have been using it with all of my clients plus I am training to throw the discus and shot put and it has taken my training to the next level. My clients and I are benefitting greatly from the Emerge suspension straps.

Pros
  • Robust build quality for reliable support during high-intensity workouts
Cons
  • The bracket may not be able to support heavy equipment during use

Great Bracket - needs different hardware

The bracket is great - sturdy. It gets the job done! On teh other hand, the hardware that comes with it needs some rethinking. It comes with bolts that go through a stud (or equivalent), but they have a round tapered head and not a hex head. Because of that, if the bolt gets put into a hole that is a tight fit, it is almost impossible to back out of the hole. My bad for drilling the hole tight. Maybe even my bad for not tossing the wierd bolts out instead of using them. But from a design point…

Pros
  • Ideal for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts
Cons
  • The bracket may not be easy to adjust, making it difficult to use with different types of equipment

Nice and Strong: my feedback

If I found fault it would be they the cross bars are quite thick and the clips on my off-brand TRX did not open enough to clip on. I purchased carabiners to use. Not even a big deal. Not a bad thing to be too strong and sturdy.

Pros
  • ‎Metal
Cons
  • The bracket may not provide enough support for users with greater body weight

Using for a room swing in a tween room

We used this bracket to hang a swing in our daughters room. This is very sturdy. Best part is you can easily attach it to a 2x4 in the ceiling (many brackets require 4 screws that are wide then the 2 inches)

Pros
  • ‎5.8 x 5.3 x 2.7 inches
Cons
  • The bracket is too expensive for the quality of the product

Great buy! on my review.

Use these in our PE classes. Mounted them to the wall and attached battle ropes. They are sturdy and well made. They endure a lot of use! Will buy again when we get more ropes!

Pros
  • Seriously beefy! Excellent, high quality and finished perfectly.
Cons
  • The bracket's weight limit is not clearly stated, making it difficult to know if it can hold heavy equipment

Using it for TRX Bands

I'm using this for TRX; bolted it to my ceiling and it is very sturdy. 260 pound man using this with TRX straps mounted on a basement beam. Hasn''t failed yet...still alive.. Installation was a breeze using a bit driver.

Pros
  • 260 pound man using this with TRX straps mounted on a basement beam. Hasn't failed yet...still alive.
Cons
  • The bracket is too expensive compared to other wall mount brackets

Easy to assemble and very sturdy!

It turns out that my suspension trainer did not fit behind any doors in my house, so I was relived to have bought this wall mount bracket too. It was easy to assemble and it's very sturdy as long as it's drilled properly into a stud. It's held a 240lbs person's weight no problem!

Pros
  • Best anchoring solution for all suspension straps and resistance trainers, Crossfit Olympic Rings, Battle Ropes, Yoga Swings, & Boxing Equipment
Cons
  • The bracket may not be able to hold equipment that requires a lot of movement

Why pay more? Perfect for my needs.

Why pay $40 for the brand name TRX? I haven’t compared it directly with the TRX one, but this one should meet my needs for a residential use a few times a week.Paint and welding is smooth and doesn’t create any sharp edges for straps to rub against.I used the provided screws and they work fine with a pilot 1/4 drill bit.

Pros
  • Helps build endurance, stamina, and functional fitness
Cons
  • The bracket may require frequent adjustment to maintain stability

A stout piece of gear.

This is a solid mount for my TRX straps. The accompanying hardware is good quality and I have no complaints about the product. I think you’ll feel the same way.

Pros
  • Second time to buy it! Good quality and solid enough to hang on my TRX band!👍
Cons
  • Installing the bracket requires time-consuming and complicated work

Solid. Sturdy. Heavy duty.

Solid. Purchased two brackets for my garage gym and I definitely recommend. They seem heavy duty and very sturdy. I will say the install was a bit harder than I expected and needed to buy a ratchet set to get the bolts all the way in since my drill wasn't up to the job, but still a fairly easy install (photo shows tools used).

Pros
  • Convenient wall mount for hands-free access and ease of use
Cons
  • The bracket may cause damage to the wall due to vibration or movement during use

I chose these over the $40 ones precisely for the price so I cannot complain too much. However, I bought two and one of them did not come with all the washers (no big deal) and the welds leave something to be desired (picture). The welds certainly do not look as good as those in the description--not that I could do a better job on something so flat. I'm using this for a yoga swing and I think two of these is probably overkill so I'm hoping it all balances out.All that out of the way, these do…

Pros
  • Adds variety to workout routines for more challenging and dynamic exercises
Cons
  • The bracket may be too expensive to justify its use

Strongly recommended for the quality and price

This is a serious piece of hardware! I used the lag bolts to attach it to a joist in my basement ceiling to use with my new TRX Straps. I think the joist would come down before this thing came loose! Strongly recommended for the quality and price!

Pros
  • Workout anywhere indoors or outdoors with this durable anchor point
Cons
  • The bracket may not work well with larger equipment like yoga swings

Recommend! in my review

Bought this to hang our TRX, instead of a $40 option. This works perfectly. Easy installation, and sturdy. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Eliminates the need for additional equipment for secure anchoring
Cons
  • The bracket may not be able to withstand high levels of pressure from equipment

Revainrating 5 out of 5

100% recommended good for me

Super heavy duty. We’ve had this installed in our basement ceiling for four years now. I’ve worked out with our TRX system suspended solely from this on and off many times with zero problems. This means a lot of dynamic weight can be pulling at the mount from various directions and speeds. The mount is going through drywall and (of course) a floor beam - there have been zero cracks or issues in the ceiling - something I’m hyper aware of as we drywalled it ourselves. I thought it would look…

Pros
  • Offers an affordable and effective way to create a home gym
Cons
  • The bracket may not be suitable for use in all types of environments

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The mounting screws are junk.

The screws that were included with this mount were complete garbage. Despite pre-drilling, only one of the screws was able to be fully set. The second screw bent as it was being put in. Luckily I had additional anchor bolts. The mount itself is great.

Pros
  • Really good, easy install.
Cons
  • The bracket may not be compatible with all types of suspension straps

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worth the money! on my review.

The installation was overall easy and it’s super stable. I use this for my TRX training system and it’s awesome and super stable. There are more expensive brands but , I have yet to have an issue with This one.

Pros
  • Just as described, easy installation.
Cons
  • The bracket may leave marks or damage the wall after installation
