🪵 3-Level Wallmaster Lumber Storage Organizer Review

Now that I'm retired I need firewood storage. Leaning the word against the wall or leaving it on the floor was a pain in the ass. This unit rose quickly and carried the weight of the tree with ease. The design of the product is good and it looks good. Very happy with the purchase.

Order 2 sets of 2 shelves (8 individual shelf brackets). The first box with two sets of racks was ok and had everything. The second set was missing two support bars and one of the hardware packs. Revain couldn't help and there is no number to contact the manufacturer.

Do not use the screws provided, too short. After going through 1-1/4" steel pipe and 1/2" drywall, only 3/4" goes into the wood stand. 2" goes into the stand. Didn't catch it until they fell off the wall. I will buy screws with a 4 or 4-1/2 inch lag to mount it back to the wall.

I'm surprised there aren't more bad reviews. I have a couple of serious complaints about what I received. Firstly, the supplied plastic and steel discs were completely worn out. Literally half of the plastic discs were bent in half, as were a few steel discs. And it's nothing that could have happened during shipping due to the way it was packaged, meaning someone knowingly packaged and shipped the damaged hardware. Fairly easy to install. Unless, like me, you're unlucky and end up with a screw that's shorter than it should be. That was of course the last screw. Instead of returning it and waiting 2 days to put everything back together I went to the hardware store and replaced it. However, the manufacturer should be aware that there is a very significant difference between 45mm and 38mm. If someone tries to make it work, they might end up dropping a 2 x 4 on their head.

High quality stove enamel. The holes matched perfectly. No sharp burrs or anything to snag stored items. Stays flat under load. Even I've been on 200 lb pigs standing on 2 steps. Cons: Anchor bolts are too large in diameter and too short for anchoring 2x4 drywall. Used #6 x 3" pan head wood screws. Also the hardware is doubled, only 6 nuts, bolts and washer sets are needed, not 12. Very happy with these supports.

Getting two sets for less than $60 with shipping is an easy purchase. I don't know how it will hold up, but it was relatively easy to put together. The instructions were small but readable with no obvious mistakes or bad translations. My only concern is that the manufacturer says each set of 2 has a 330 lb capacity. All of the weight rests on the thru-bolts they provide. So I'm hoping the shear capacity of these bolts is at least 330 pounds as the raw lumber I buy can be heavy. I give him 5…
