DO NOT buy for small appliances

I have 2 toasters in the canteen in my office for 165.00 that are 7 months old and both toasters won't start on the left side. We returned them on 2 different occasions and we still had the same problem. I sent 3 emails and heard nothing. I will never buy this product again and definitely cannot recommend this product.

Fry evenly, durable item, hopefully last a lifetime.

At some point in the last 15 years it has been almost impossible to find a toaster that makes really good toast. I finally found this one. Browns perfectly, toasts are even. I like that it's simple and mechanical. Not everyone needs Bluetooth - nice to find a toaster that dutifully and modestly just toasts!

Pros
  • Everything OK!

  • Poor Set

Commercial Kitchen Product

Outstanding Product. The luxury cabin we rented in Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving week had one of these, and twelve of us made good use of it. I was impressed and ordered it as soon as we got home. As always, it was delivered when (or sooner in this case) promised. The packaging was great and I loved the option to purchase an extended warranty at the point of sale. Now it remains to find a decorative cover for this large device, and the woman will be delighted.

NOT made in the USA as listed on Revain

Revain advertises many toasters for under $100 that are all made in China. I finally found this trading model from Waring that lists the USA as the "country of origin". (See ad screenshot.) To support the US business, I bought a toaster, even though it cost $209. I realized that "country of origin" doesn't actually say "made in" so I was suspicious. When it arrived I immediately checked and saw that the box said 'Made and Printed in China'. (See photo.) I unpacked the item to make sure it…

Second device after 37 months - Professional use

Yes I understand that many states fail on one side (in my case on the right side), however the original toaster purchased, bought in September 2015, worked during this time in a professional environment where we toast about 6-8 loaves of bread every Friday and about 16-48 rolls or sandwiches twice a week. This has failed over time. Considering the cost of a more "professional" device, it was valuable. On the second device purchased in October 2018 (real device) I added a 3 year warranty for the

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Expensive

I bought this toaster in August. When I received it, the right side would not snap and would not lock in the down position. I sent it back without incident and got a replacement. I am VERY disappointed in the performance of this toaster, especially considering the high price. They claim it toasts 225 slices an hour, how does that even come close to being accurate? I'm using the maximum setting and still need to toast it for part of the second cycle to get a properly toasted piece of bread. I…
