Excellent machine! Makes the best Belgian waffles. Like it a lot! Cleans perfectly after each use. Will definitely buy this product again.

Used in a professional kitchen for the first time today. The product looks very uniform and beautiful. One thing I would like to know is that the 20 amp plug is Tblade style - luckily we have such sockets in the kitchen but as the cord is quite short we had to use an extension cord which we have didn't have in Tblade. So I had to order some 20 amp T-Blade adapters. My local hardware stores (Homedepot, Lowes Osh) didn't have this item so I had to order online. apart from this great product.

Warning: This waffle maker is not for commercial use as the name suggests. We have a shop where we make specialty waffles and we've been through three in one year. The Waring ad didn't help me order parts to fix my car. Instead I had to contact their certified technicians who were unable to fix the problem.
