This is my first wax pot and I'm not disappointed! It works great and the wax heats up within 10 minutes. The only problem I have is that I have to keep the max temperature otherwise the wax will thicken a bit so it might be my fault. But even at the highest temperature, the wax doesn't burn me. It's perfect and comes with its own wax jar and practice beads! I recommend buying other wax beads. Otherwise it's perfect!

Wax heater is great, love the heat and temperature control, just figuring out what wax was was my problem. This wax was not good for removing all hair, I had to wax several times to get a nice clean wax, not just once. The wax packets were very small, not enough for armpit wax by the time I used to regrow. I say when you get it, take it for a warmer one and buy the best wax separately.

Does exactly what it is supposed to. I didn't use wax as I had my own. I also read in the reviews that the wax was rubbish. It's so smooth and clean. I like that it's black and very durable. I love it. The 2020 quarantine has allowed me to learn many new skills, especially hair removal! That saves me a lot of money in the long run. I only go to salons on special occasions as I have learned the art of waxing.

Heating pad is not the same color as the box it came in. In the picture outside the box, the heating pad is white, but the heating pad inside is black as shown. I left my toothbrush behind the heating pad in the picture so you can compare the size. The heating pad works well enough, it turns off automatically, which is a safety feature to avoid skin burns and maintain a constant temperature. This is an amazing little machine for the price. I was replacing a sticky and dirty old device that needed strips. This hard drying wax is exactly what you need! Much less clutter. Heats up quickly. When the machine turns off, it means it has reached the temperature. Don't worry and don't think it's broken. I think it's a security feature.
