They do their job well at feeding.

Second update: I had the option to use round and floral pillows. As other reviewers have noted, the round ones aren't unremarkable and the floral outlines are better. I don't have too many leaks so they both absorb well for me. One downside was that I wore rounds to sleep one night and had a very bad runny nose so I squirmed, propped myself up and blew my nose. When I woke up in the morning the pads were no longer covering my nipples and I was seeping through them. Reinforced stitching on theโ€ฆ

4 nursing pads tested. They make a difference

I used them but they move too much! I thought I'd go with leeks as they go out of place 50-70% of the time. In the photo: from left to right: Bamboobies Reusable, Eco Reusable, Medela Disposable, Johnsons Disposable. All soaked up the water I poured from above except the bamboo. I actually left the room, picked up the phone, came back and the water drop was still unchanged on the pads. I had to shake the seal to get the water in eventually. For this reason I kept the Eco-Pads. THIS WAS FORโ€ฆ

Round pads are good but I have to change them about 2-3 times.

These nursing pads are good and generally do the job, although I have some doubts. Heart-shaped pads are thinner and don't offer adequate protection. I seeped through them. The round pads are good, but I have to change them about 2-3 times a day so they don't feel damp (compared to my cotton pads, which I only have to change at night). The heart pads are a bit worn after 1 wash (see photo). The supplied mesh bag always opens when washing, whether with a knot or a bow. A zipper on the pocketโ€ฆ
