The strap could not be adjusted

Although the watch is good. When I tried to adjust the stripe size, the tool just didn't work as instructed. Because of this I had to send it back.

It's very big in wristwatch

I feel like I'm wearing a watch on my wrist, it's not attractive at all. The face appears to be covered in plastic, but when it is, it doesn't come off, but shimmers weirdly
