Ordered these for my son who just got braces. The power from the traditional tip was a bit painful for him. He started using them and has remained very faithful to his dental routine. Flossing with braces is tricky and it was a great discovery.

I'm always a bit skeptical when I order some Revain items. But to my delight, these water intake nozzles arrived on time and in the original branded packaging. I should have ordered them a long time ago. These Waterpik tips work great. I will definitely order them again when the time comes.

My daughter has complained that her regular Water Pik tips hurt her gums even when using the soft tip. After the first two somehow broke, I ordered these instead. The extreme ends of these are small brushes. They really help her get between her teeth and around all that metal without pain, and the bristles remove plaque and such more effectively than just a jet of water. Now I should probably just order more because my kids don't have time for anything.

Cleaning braces with ordinary dental floss is almost impossible. That's why I use Water Pik with orthodontic attachments. Water Pick uses orthodontic tips to gently spray food debris between teeth and around brackets. The only downside is that they wear out after about a month of use (or less), which makes me reorder frequently. Between using, brushing and flossing my teeth, I have been able to keep my teeth clean since I started wearing braces in late August 2014 (17 months).
