Used this for a week-long camping trip. On Day 2, we experimented with different tarp formations then left camp to hike, and lucky that we did because it rained heavily non-stop for 5 days after that! The tarp fell twice, but that was due to the dirt being so saturated that it gave way and our stakes came loose. After we tied it to trees, we were good. Got it for quickie shelter on our BWCA trip. What if you're on Brule Lake and a squall hits? Grommets. Pretty color. The stuff sack is nice, but not big enough to accommodate parachute cord if you want to pre-tie cord to the corner grommets. That's fine with me.

Actually did not use this as a cover for a Hammock but found it useful as a ground sheet for a backpacking tent May not be as compact for carrying on backpacking trips.

This leads me to believe that the rain fly that I received was merely defective and not up to the standards that the company has set. Love it! Purchased the large size so that the footprint extends in front of the tent. This prevents a fair amount of dirt, grass, and leaves from getting into the tent because it allows a rug placed in front of the door to remain dry. This allows footwear to be removed comfortably before entering the tent.

Amazing rainfly for my hammock. I do a lot of ultra-light backpacking, and this is a really versatile piece of gear. Completely water proof and nice and tough, it never fails me. Lines are good quality with servicable stakes. The grommets are well installed and won't rip. Stitching seems very sturdy. I love this product. Comes in awesome bags, too!

Very nice footprint. Truly waterproof. Used it along with a 4 person tent in a pretty good downpour, kept the water away. Very lightweight and does not occupy a lot of space. I was surprised at how light this is. Can be used for multiple purposes, picnics, camping, in beach or anywhere outside where you just want to sit or throw stuff over. Recommend it for anyone.

works great as a tarp over an Eno Hammock. Includes tons of rope, plenty of stakes. No real instructions though, so you'll need to be able to think critically on how to set it up.

Extremely lightweight and water beads up when poured on. It is a good item to have on a car for camping or emergency shelter. It is thin so it may not be abrasion resistant. I would not use it like normal tarp by dragging it on the ground collecting leaves.

I love this. I use it as a foot print. It works very well. The ground was very wet when camping a few weeks ago but my tent stayed completely dry. It’s worth it!

I use this for hunting as an emergency shelter or glassing in the rain. Its so light it doesn’t add any extra weight really to my pack. The first one I had I used for a couple years and it got a whole in it. I also can place it on the ground and put meat on it while cleaning animals. This keeps it out of the dirt. It washes pretty well after that.
