It took several attempts to find an outdoor strap that wasn't a rope. They were easy to install and lit up my pool beautifully. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and everything works great.

After spending 2 hours hanging the lanterns with screws to keep the little ones in the tree on the back porch. When I turned it on, the headlight fuse blew. So I'm so done with that that I await a full refund. Damaged her and my new porch.

We have placed them on the ground along our stone wall and they make the garden look beautiful at night too. We can only have an inch or two of snow a year so we put them on tents to protect them from potential snow. Standing water is never a problem here. Another benefit: Prevents desert rats from settling in our prickly pear.

Product works well and poses no problems outdoors. My little snag is that the "warm" color is still very light compared to daylight. I was expecting the warm version to diffuse the light a bit more and I can't imagine how bright the daylight version would be! This makes it difficult to tighten where needed. Other than that, it's a good fit.

Bought these lights because the add-on says "【IP68】: Greater flexibility allows easy customization to any shape required for any decor Suitable for decorative lighting for buildings, windows, sidewalks, patios, gardens, fences, porches, restaurants, clubs, bars, etc. However, the instructions state that these lights are only IP65, NOT IP68. There is a fundamental difference between IP68 and IP65. I believe Revain should penalize this seller for misleading advertising.
