Item was damaged on arrival. Pages are bent/broken. My only guess is that it's cardboard, so it can't be washed. For the price one would expect a higher quality. I will promptly return this item.

Not Worth $60! I had higher expectations for the value, but I'm returning it, it's not worth the $60 I paid for it, so disappointed! I really need a ball pit that's educational and looks good so I was looking forward to replacing the meager $12 we have, but it's hardly an improvement. I think $20 would be reasonable, I hope they lower the price?

We love that it's soft and flexible so our little ones can get in and out without hurting themselves. Some balls will fall out during the process, but that's life with a toddler. The 400 ball pack was just perfect for our 1 year old and filled the hole perfectly. Easy to pack, we kept the bag with the balls and were able to fold it back and pack with the balls.

I liked the simple construction, liked the colors, didn't like the smell, when I first took it out of the box, there was a chemical smell. I had to wipe it down with baby freshener and warm water and leave it outside for a day to air out the chemical smell. Once the smell is gone I have to say this is a good buy, my 1 year old daughter loves this ball pit.

I thought I found the perfect ball pit. It's super easy to set up, looks great in our playroom, is soft yet reasonably durable and is the perfect size for my large 16 month old.
