Excellent case and refill

Purchased for Sparx Hockey Home Sharper. It's a bit smaller than their insanely expensive custom box. But it holds up well and protects well. You get multiple layers of tear-off sponge filler and can customize what you use the box for. It's a good amount of money, but if you're looking for a hard case with wheels and a handle, then this is it.

great product for dry boxes

Highly recommend this product. It has foam inserts to easily shape your item you put inside. It comes with 2 bottom wheels and an extended handle for walking. Just like checked baggage for airlines. That's why I bought it to start with. I haven't flown it yet, but I'm sure it will stand up to the airlines' treatment. Great product, Pelican is a brand you can trust as it is a great high performance product.

Pros
  • Useful beyond intended purpose
Cons
  • Some issues

This suitcase is huge and can hold a lot, although not the lightest.

The only downside to this case is that it's not lightweight, but that's to be expected for the protection. To give you an idea of how big it is, I was able to safely stow the following with ample foam protection: Dell Precision 6800 laptop (17.3" screen) Dell Precision 6800 power adapter (it's almost the same size as mine 7" Tablet)HP Portable Office Inkjet PrinterHP Office Jet AC AdapterBose BT SpeakerphoneBose BT Speakerphone Cradle and ChargerUSB, DVI, HDMI, Analog, Audio Cables

Exactly what I needed!

I bought this pelican to travel worry-free. I definitely don't want to damage my expensive computer and the monitor I put in there. I'm used to seeing all types of Pelican cases at work and they are all heavy. I'm not worried about the quality of this Pelican case. The case is made of dense plastic and can withstand a lot of wear and tear. The worst thing I would worry about is losing the hull in transit, apart from the fact that it will endure a lot of abuse. The peel-off foam also makes it…

Pros
  • Easy to use
