The ability to use multiple devices at once is great! I love being able to access my data from anywhere without having to be in front of it or plugged into an outlet. Being connected can sometimes have issues but they are working hard towards making this better for us all users. We would like more features than what we currently have available as well as some added security measures (ease concerns about our personal information). This product works best with these products due their nature; iPads tend do take longer period then phone usage because one must navigate through layers before accessing important files
The ability to upload photos and video into Watson and link to incident reports. I dislike that the system is not a single user friendly platform. My team needed to be able to share documents in a seamless manner with our incident management team. We needed a system that would allow them to easily upload reports and photos.
