Watts WCBCS975RV Carbon Filter Cartridge Review

I did not receive the Watts filter as shown in the picture. I have a universal filter. I would return it but I had to use it on the day I received it.

The price of this water filter is prohibitive. I would never install a GE refrigerator again because of the extremely expensive water filters.

Connected in 1 month. although maybe it was our own fault. It also fits #8 but the box says #6. I would order again but found a local product at an RV store for $1 more. so whatever.

Not quite what I expected. For the price I'll shop around and find one that gives me a little more wit. It's pretty much only for city water, most places we go have wells, chlorine isn't a big problem. I'll just use the old built in with it until I replace it.

The description doesn't say how many microns it is, so it's impossible to tell if I made it too restrictive. I will not buy again.

Great replacement for WaterPur CCL-10-C filters. I'll see how the filter holds up, but it's identical to the OEM filter I replaced. Our drill rig is permanently parked and there is dissolved iron in the water supply with smell and taste. A year ago we replaced the OEM filter with another OEM filter. While the filter appeared clean (no excessive discoloration), the bad taste and smell returned on our recent visits. I took a chance buying this filter rather than going back to the OEM but it fit…
