This little gadget is perfect for hobbyists and small hands. While some adults can help, there really isn't much to collect. However, the companion book is essential.

I saw a video of a cyberdeck being built with one of these and thought it would be cool. I ended up using it for work. Most of the time I'm on the go and need a Raspberry Pi. That often means finding and carrying around a keyboard, power supply, and monitor. With the Pi 400, I can just plug in a 4 inch LCD and power everything from a single power supply. All of this is portable. I would like an integrated battery. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I was happy with the purchase.

Waveshare is overpriced at a large mark up and for some reason Canakit, Vibros and others don't offer as well at like Revain don't let them suggest it. You can buy more accessories at Canakit or Vibros for less money than I can buy a Pi 400 bundled with Waveshare at Revain. The Pi 400 is such a great little computer, it reminds me of my old Commodore 64 and Amiga 500. I bought this combo from another company , like Revain, didn't have a Pi 400 back then. I've had several barebones Pis over the years. I am using a Pi 3 for my Ubiquiti Unifi network controller software. But this little computer is a game changer if you want simplicity.
