Had to wax same spot multiple times. It may be the beads that were attached to it. I've used my daughter before and I swear this thing felt like it could handle anything. This wax that came with the kit wasn't too bad, but I had to do it a few times. He wants the pre-growth and the regrowth to go with him. But I did it.

I like it. I have used a soft wax that needs to be stripped and it has always left my skin very rough and red, as the words say. I just thought that's the way it should be. I went with this kit instead and it's amazing. Arrives immediately without the clutter I'm used to. I can get my eyebrows and upper lip done and I can walk out of the house without looking like I just got waxed. Thank you. Perfect.

I like it. This may be obvious to most, but I have never owned a wax heater and would have liked more detailed instructions. Things like how hot to raise the temperature and whether to leave the lid open while heating. I used it for the first time today and it worked fine. I bought wax paper separately.

Overall I think this is a great starter kit. The wax heater itself works well, but the balls aren't very good. The wax itself worked, it just didn't lift as many hairs with it. I recommend buying different beads but overall this was a good starter kit apart from the wax. (Everything was smaller than expected. I compared hand size and I have medium sized hands)
