I give this product 1 star and that 1 star is for the job it is supposed to do which is hair removal which has helped me a lot! However, I had a terrible reaction to this type of wax and was sweating profusely under my arms and in my bikini line, which are the only two areas I depilate. I'm not a beautician but I've certainly used my share of professional bikini waxes. This is what the pros use - don't waste your money on Gigi! Leaves absolutely NO residue and comes off hands, floors, carpets etc SO easily once the wax hardens. This is my go-to wax when getting Brazilian hair removal, armpits or other small areas.

This product works with even the smallest thin layer. I really enjoy the lightness of this wax. I wish the scent was nicer on the nose, but it's worth every penny and I highly recommend it! I'll come back when I'm done!

I am so disappointed with this product. I used several different wax beads before using this one. I bought a two pound bag thinking it would last two months (like the previous bags) but ended up using it all up trying to get a good wax!
