I like best how easy it is to get rates from carriers, and that they are flexible in terms of timeframes for quotes as well as how quickly or slow you need them delivered. This is an excellent tool for companies that are looking to utilize their own drivers as well as third party carriers. The program allows you to set up your own rules for rates, etc. and also allows you to send the driver emails regarding his/her route.
