Crumpled snout of animal

The halter is not suitable even for animals with broken reins as it crushes their snout. However, the material is durable.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

bought two club lambs for my daughter. .

Bought two club lambs for my daughter. You don't stay on your nose. Throw them on the bottom of the gearbox and go back to the old ones I guess.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Replaced it with a home-woven halter

The clips to rotate this halter didn't work when I first used it. Now it's just a rope with a latch at the end. It's just not strong enough for a normal sheep

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Get what you pay for

Bought for children. Works great but won't hold tight without tying a knot. The brackets aren't very strong, but we got what we paid for. I recommend this if you understand they will not be keeping a large animal.

Pros
  • Made from traditional "parachute" rope, the same rope traditionally used to make horse halters.
Cons
  • Null

Reliable, inexpensive $5, easy to use

Very easy to use. I wish the leash was longer because I use it to lead the sheep between pastures while the others follow. For treatment and short distances, the length is not a problem. I have a stronger Aries who freaked out when I tried to lead him. I added more rope and played with him like a fish until he realized there was nothing to worry about and now he's walking like a lamb.

Pros
  • Easy to adjust to the animal and has a shorter leash latch to quickly lock the animal in the pen
Cons
  • Requires power outlet

Great product best in tack

We use these halters for sheep and goats. They are great for quick use and these are really good! I have seen much cheaper versions that don't even have a screw at the end and they cost the same as these. The bolt is very handy when we put the animals out to pasture.quick and easy to connect the halter to a cable with clasp We also connect the clasp to the Dog leash and kids love walking animals Great product at a great price!

Pros
  • Fully adjustable 3/8" polypropylene sheep halter
Cons
  • Older model
