the smaller size is perfect for two people

Another discontinued item. My husband only likes vanilla or banana cream cakes and I love chocolate. In these small molds I do both types at the same time.

Excellent Tarts

They make a great miniature fruit tarts or pies for one or two people. I gifted two to my mother and kept two for myself and my husband. Simply prepare and freeze your individual fruit tart. Although not very deep.

Good little cake molds

are great for making custom cakes. The pot pies slide right out and cleanup was quick. My friends liked the size. I was able to put enough in to make a decent portion and each had their own cake.

More than I wanted

They are great but I was hoping they would be the same size as the set I already have and use for meat pies. They're a bit big for a portion. This is my fault as these are excellent pans and I cannot find a smaller size.

take the chicken pie to a whole new level! These are now my dad's favorite dishes because they're perfect for the crust. And as many know, finding something that gets a 97-year-old person interested in food is a miracle. Thank you webake

Well done in good condition

I love making lemon tarts in French so I need something to lift all the dough out of the mold once it's done (I loathe that one Try to cut him (the cake out of the pan) - worked great. I sprinkled them before use, but I baked the crust beforehand and then added it to my filling - after it cooled, I lifted the entire pie out of the pan slightly and it came out perfectly with no tears. Definitely recommend. They are a good weight and size.

I Like Them Best in the Kitchen & Dining category

I'm always on the lookout for aluminum mini cake pans and it never occurred to me that I could buy reusable mini cake pans, but somewhere I saw her and the light went out. I make a lot of spinach, ricotta, feta, artichoke cakes, and full size 8 or 9 inch pans are way too much and I end up freezing leftovers. Since I can't successfully scale down the recipe, I now make the full recipe and break it down into these pans, bake it, freeze it in the pan, take it out and put it in a plastic container…
