The most helpful thing about this tool is its support team which responds to all my queries in hours instead of days or weeks! This saves me from spending too much time waiting around when I need answers fast! It's very easy to use once you've logged into it - no training required at least not yet anyway (but they do offer online tutorials). I like how easy it is to use! The ability of viewing historical logs (and comparing them with current information) makes this tool very useful in finding out what went wrong before an incident occurred. It's nice also because all reports have time frames associated which gives you more room for error when dealing with incidents/bugs in older software versions or other legacy systems.
