Disappointing Signal Amplifier for Office Use

Using this electronics product, our team found that the signal amplifier didn't improve the weak phone signal at all. Even after following the instructions correctly the device didnt work as EXPECTED.The cons are an unreasonably high price for what was received and not being able to return the product. The only pro was the easy setup, but without improvement, it was useless. We do not recommend this to anyone looking for a signal booster..

I want it to work or get better service from the company because I have to.

I'm not sure if this product works or not because after installing the software I haven't noticed any improvement on my Verizon iPhones (there are 4 in the house) so I've called customer service 5 times called (10 times). days) I was on hold for 15-55 minutes, I was lucky enough to speak to the person ONCE, I told her what my problem was and she told me that they will connect me to a second level technician and fix me I have to wait another 20 minutes and then just hang up. I want it to work or
