As a home cook, I was looking forward to trying out this product as it boasted double quartz technology for the perfect cooking temperature. However, I was extremely disappointed with the results .The cookware didn't heat evenly, resulting in burned and undercooked dishes. The handle also became extremely hot, making it difficult to handle. While the product may look visually appealing it does not live up to its advertised features. At this price I never expected this level of quality from this set. This firework has the necessary mass to use a quartz insert. I've found that RAKU's handcrafted hard quartz inserts will fit any hole with a gap of 1mm or less between it and the wall of the firework. It limits airflow just right for nice clouds even at low temperatures.
