I like how easy it was to use, as well as all of its features (like file sharing). It's free! The interface could be improved by making some icons bigger/more visible. As with any new platform there are bugs that need ironing out but we've been able to solve most issues quickly through our support team so far. We use Work to communicate with stakeholders in our organization, as well as other departments across the globe. It's been incredible easy to set up meetings and have them be easily accessible from anywhere that has an internet connection. The ability to upload documents makes it simple for us to share everything we need at any given time - without having to email back and forth. I really like how easy it was to get started with using werks, as well as their team support when i had questions during my free trial period! It's such an awesome platform that has so many different features built into every aspect of your project workflow from task management through managing communication between members in real time. The only thing i dont love about this software are some glitches here or there which can be easily fixed by techs if notified immediately after reporting them…
