The integration of multiple carriers in one system makes it very easy not only as an admin but also from my end when I need information about any shipment or tracking number etc everything gets delivered at once! It does have some bugs sometimes especially regarding carrier names which can be confusing while searching shipments however these problems get resolved pretty quick too if you keep your patience :) Nothing really dislike yet though other than this minor issue would recommend all.…

It is very easy to use and it has all the features that you need in one place. There is also an excellent customer support team. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product yet. If you want to make sure that your shipments go out on time and without any issues then this is what you should be considering. The only thing that I can think of is that sometimes it is difficult to find certain information. This isn't something that will stop me from recommending this program though…

I loved how easily my clients could utilize it. The app makes everything so much better than manual paperwork and you can do almost all of your operations from there without having to physically go out in front or office! It's really been an asset by allowing me so efficiently pull data that may have otherwise taken weeks (if not months) before they happened at all through paper work. There was only one glitch but nothing super serious that i couldn't find myself fixing within 15 min if needed.
