I had high hopes for this feed. I'm sad I wasted my money on this and I can't even get the starving homeless people outside to eat it. None of my cats will touch him. I take it back. They actually licked it off the first time and after that the deed was done. Very dissatisfied and waste of money.

Some OMG Weruva flavors contain less phosphorus, which is safe for kittens with kidney disease. My boomer has not eaten any prescription food and has been highly recommended in the FACEBOOK group for kittens with chronic kidney disease. My Boomer was very ill last June but since switching to this food at the end of June and giving him daily fluids and some medication he feels great!

My cats will usually eat anything but won't go anywhere near and it smells foul so I threw out both packs. I thought it would be like Wellness brand ground chicken and that would be all they would eat if I could afford it. Pay too little and end up in the trash. Says chicken in gravy. The sauce is rotten, looks like rotten salmon and turns the whole jar brown. Good luck finding the chicken. Don't throw away your money.

Finding tasty food for my senior cat with CKD has been very difficult - she has not touched any of the prescription products and almost everything else on the market is too expensive in phosphorus for her. However, when I read that BFF OMG has one of the lowest phosphate levels of any OTC product, I decided to give it a try. She loves it! Knockout almost immediately. I want my kitten to eat prescription food but this is for the best.

I trust Wereva more than most companies. Cloud 9's chicken flavor is chunks in lots of gravy, and she's gulping it down. I add 2 tablespoons of water for extra hydration because she doesn't drink water from a bowl. I've had 2 deaths from CKD so while it has a little more protein for CKD, the phosphate levels aren't too bad, the ingredients are good, it always smells nice and fresh.
