Love this timer and have three of them! I use them to plan various projects, not just in the kitchen. It has a clock feature that I keep on display if I miss something. It counts both up and down to 100 hours, which is not always the case with other timers. I even use it as a backup alarm, simply setting a timer to count down the number of hours I want to sleep. A small stand will wear out over time, but never mind. Timer is an important thing. I've only used West Bend Timer for 20 years.

I really like the West Bend Timer. I bought 2 of these. I use 1 as a clock on my desk and also as a timer to remind me to do certain things at certain times. I use the other as an alarm clock in my bedroom; The only thing I don't like is the not very loud beeper. Barely audible even at close range. Everything else is 100% normal. Easy to set up, clear, big numbers. My much older West Bend timer with a very similar setting, hours, minutes, seconds etc rings loud enough that I can hear more than the room. This timer is very poorly made. The magnet was barely strong enough to hold it to the fridge, so if you operate it with one hand it falls off which, as the plastic is incredibly thin at one point on the back, causes it to break. When I contacted West Bend for a warranty exchange, they told me they didn't cover dropping, which I didn't. Due to its design, it is inevitable that it will let go of your fridge and fall. I'm glad the previous reviews I've read had issues that didn't affect me and my use of this wonderful timer. That time is 99 hours, so go ahead and plan to cook that roast or turkey or any other length of time that you need to set that timer for. Also, the magnet fits snugly on the fridge, when I tried to push the buttons and leave it there, I tried and it didn't fall off a couple of times when I did so to see if it hit the bottom would. .
