🐴 Western Horsehair Stampede with Braided Leather Review

After waiting for delivery since December 28th 2019 I fitted this chin strap to my hat on January 10th 2020. The idea is to slide the pins into the hat's waistband, bend the pins, and hold the strap in place. But in my opinion the cotter pins are too thick. If your hat is initially tight, these pins will feel like bulges in a sweatband. Very uncomfortable. My solution is to use a much thinner wire instead of the thick cotter pins that come with the belt. And why is the strap so long? Length…

Absolutely great product! Really goes with my cowboy hat and looks better than others I've seen. If I could give 6 stars I would (even ordered a second one today!)

Holds a hat on his head. I would have preferred a chin strap but I would have had to damage the hat. Looks pretty weird overtightened but works like a charm. Cool styling with horsehair, quirky.

This is nice and very well made. One of the clips where it attaches to my hat band was slightly undone but still snug. Being short my only real complaint is that the tassels go almost to my belly button so I want them to be around 6 inches. shorter.
