It's been raining a lot in LA lately and my little one has discovered the joy of puddles. So wellies were a must and these boots are perfect. He loves to put them on himself and stomp in the deepest puddles our property has to offer, something that got him soaked prior to this purchase. The Mickey Mouse design is so cute too; he loves her.

I usually buy kids one size bigger. They outgrow everything so quickly, so longevity is important. It is great! He's had them for a year now and I would buy them again. They're a bit heavy, but my kid doesn't mind. Easy to dress up, he's 5 years old so he dresses them up with ease. I'm sure if you buy them for someone younger they will be easy to put on and take off.

My 3 year old wanted to be a firefighter for Halloween so choosing these boots was easy. They are well made, width as expected but they seem to be 1/2 size too big. They're also pretty heavy, so mine are a lot slower in them. They completed his suit well and are well made so they last longer than his feet can fit in and we live in a rainy climate.

My grandson loves boots but he loves tractors and more. He opened those boots and was TAAAAAAAAAROVAN. He wore it all night. He wanted to wear them at night. I have had Western Chief wellies before and this pair did not disappoint. My son got a worn raincoat and froggy hat so these boots match it perfectly! I received a size larger than his standard shoe size. They fit a little on baby's fat little feet, but unless his socks are wet or very thick I can put them on easily. I try to find the most non-toxic shoes for my young children as their bodies are very young and developing. These include rubber boots made of natural rubber.
