I sent the disk back. The disc label has been swapped.

Returned the disk for a refund. The disc label was upside down which forced me to check the warranty. The drive is an OEM so Western Digital has NO warranty but they sell it as new with a five year warranty.

Receive failed drives

Receive drives, create RAID 1 with Adaptec 6405 adapter, one of the drives will start clicking after a few hours of inactivity. Broken RAID, check drives with fsck tool and RAID adapter software - same drive clicks. I had to return both drives in RAID 1 due to lack of confidence in their use. I hope to return the money and order from another seller.

The HDD arrived in working condition.

The hard drive works, but I'm not sure whether it is a refurbished hard drive or a new one. The hard drive was also shipped without much protection. Just two layers of bubble wrap.

Best WD quality in computers and accessories

Good storage capacity, longer lifespan than any solid state drive. Again, multitasking is best. They also say 136 days left and installed today 5/8/2020 and say 1689 hours of use packaged as NEW drives should be one day.
