Do not buy if you have a body lift, if you have one it will need to be cut and added. If cutting and welding to the body lift size isn't a problem, that's fine.

Oval steps were received only on September 29th. Tried to install it on September 30, 2014. Oval tube step mounting brackets 22-1085 will not fit my 2014 GMC Sierra SLE regular cab. Difficulty attaching brackets.

It took me a while to write this but they sent me the wrong style brackets and they didn't fit my truck. Thank goodness I work in a machine shop and was able to modify it to fit. The problem was that I waited 2-3 months to open the package and start the installation. It was my fault. But they have to get it right if they want to attract and keep customers. Just take a look when you buy it.

There are only 2 brackets on each side and I think there should be at least 3 I have had various trucks with struts in the past and have always had 3 to 4 brackets for the spar. This makes it less durable if you enter the back when stepping on the bar and there is no support there. They are fairly easy to assemble and look nice, but need third brackets on each side for better support.
