Too bad I was told that after accidentally breaking one of the five glass sleeves I need a whole new device to buy. These days I'd happily pay a premium to not spend so much for so little. Shame on you Westinghouse. I really wanted to be a fan.

Looks great above our dining table. It was surprisingly difficult to find such a simple matte black light! It was a little crooked when we first put it together but my husband was able to open it up and adjust it so it looks great now. Arrived well packaged with no broken parts or anything like that. In general, the purchase is satisfied!

Bronze, Unoiled. Black version. The chain is not long enough for the 9 foot ceiling. I WANT TO RETURN TO LOAN. I booked a kitchen renovation which was delayed for months due to conditions beyond my control and the fact that I had broken both my ankles and was in hospital and rehab. I didn't find any problems until I was ready to install. PLEASE LET ME HOW TO REFUND THE VOUCHER. Many Thanks.

I really struggled to find a dining room lamp with the shades turned upside down so the light doesn't fall sharply downwards. Seeded frosted glass fills the room with bright yet soft light. The lamp scatters beautifully and the matt surface catches the eye. I installed it on a sloping ceiling and it works great. Chain and height are continuously adjustable. Recommended for those who love seeded glass and don't want the bulbs to shine straight down.

We ordered four of these. All four arrived undamaged. They were easy to install, although we had to replace the chain and cord with something longer. Please note in the picture that there are very small circles/ovals in the glass pattern. It doesn't really matter as it's not noticeable, but I would have liked them better if they were firm and smooth.

I'm so glad I found this lamp. I've spent days searching the internet for a light that falls somewhere between modern and traditional. I couldn't get anything too girly either since it was in our shared living space. This light fixture is perfect for our needs and oh my god with five lights it brightens up our living room area! It is dimmable but we have chosen to only connect it to a switch. The installation process wasn't too painful. The bronze color after hanging looks more black than brown

I installed this lamp and I really like it. The simple design complements the simple furnishings of my living room very well. The first product I received had to be returned as the vertical stem was welded crooked which caused the bulbs to not align. Of course, being a Revain, returns and replacements were quick and easy.
