This chandelier looks beautiful, love the glass shades that come with it. The hanging instructions were so poor that I deducted two stars for that alone, but other than that the light is good enough.

I wish I had five stars but it didn't come with instructions. As a single woman trying to establish herself, it would be nice and safe to at least know which entries were positive and which were negative since they were both the same color. At least the experience helped me figure it out. Otherwise easy to hang up and looks very pretty in my kitchen corner.

Decent price. The materials are good but the seams are crooked. This isn't usually a problem, other than there isn't an easy way to loosen the nut. In addition, plastic rings are supplied pre-threaded for attachment to glass. One is screwed beyond the bottom, i.e. beyond the threads. It took another 45 minutes to solve this problem.

I love this little chandelier! It works perfectly on our dining table (3ft W x 5ft D). The glass shades are frosted and have a light raindrop pattern that looks amazing! The chandelier is very bright! I installed the chandelier on a dimmer and it works very well. The mount was easy to install. I would definitely recommend this chandelier to anyone looking to add a modern and elegant touch to their dining room.

We wanted to let you know that this lamp arrived in perfect condition, nothing broken or askew. We placed it on a small DR table in our new apartment where it matches the BN finish which matches all the other fixtures. Our electrician said it was "really good quality". Looks great in the dining area and also gives plenty of light all around the DR. Much better than the dim and dimmable LED indoor spotlights previously used. A very nice upgrade for a modern apartment.

This chandelier has a few flaws. They used a two core wire so that the copper ground wire running from the lamp tube through the circuit up to the ceiling canopy is exposed. This was done to save money, as was the fact that the cable is plastic rather than fabric. It looks cheap. The glass lampshades sit on a very thin metal shell that had to have a black rubber washer to fit properly. The lamp is supplied without a chain link to connect the chain to the lamp or canopy. Too bad. The product came assembled, but one of the levers was assembled crooked at the factory. Instead of a 30-40 minute install, my technician has to charge me triple because they install, uninstall (once complete and then notice it's crooked), disassemble the whole block to straighten the arm, finally reinstall . Time wasted unnecessarily, money wasted and it's frustrating to see poor quality control. The curved leverage is very noticeable and I don't think anyone would ignore it. I love…
