They are good and do what I wanted, namely make it easier to close the rotary knob on three-way lamps. Saves me from searching for a pen in the dark and is easy to grab even when I have a lot of them in my hands. Some say they are the wrong size but I think they are just one size fits all. They are great for people with limited mobility in their hands. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands are severely swollen. I bought a couple of these to try and they worked so well I will be buying more to replace every light in the house. Bought a new small table lamp. A few days later I noticed the plastic twist knob was missing - thanks kids. It seems impossible to turn on the lamp without a handle. The protruding base of the handle is not enough to hold it with your fingers. I tried wrapping a rubber band around the base of the handle for a secure fit, but even the small rubber band was too big to wrap around that tiny ridge for a tight grip. I love them. I had no idea you could change the handle of a table or floor lamp. But I appreciated the new lamps ($400 or so, for my taste).
