No sharp edges! There is a distinct difference between this product and other cheaper versions. Its thickness makes it easy to hold, but strong enough to save a pound or more of noodles from sudden death. Its edges are nicely rounded and not sharp. No nail file required.

The quality is not quite there. You can tell it was made in China. They probably don't maintain their punching tools so you can feel/see small burrs on the holes and the outside edge. Serves its purpose but looks cheap. The picture looks much better than in reality.

Where Has It Been All My Life? How many times have I made pasta and made a mess trying to drain the water. This little thing worked great. It fitted my pan perfectly and was easy to attach (hold) along with the pan. I also like that it's made of stainless steel, so it's easy to clean. I'm glad I made this purchase.
