We live far (far) in the village. Buy groceries once a month. Freeze a lot of meat and such. This kit is perfect. It comes with frame, paper, ribbon and ribbon dispenser. The paper rolls well and releases well. I removed the small rubber feet and attached the frame to the plywood. The order came without scotch and dispenser.
