I never thought I would fall in love with a brush. My daughter and I have thick curly hair, barrel curls and spiral curls. My daughter's hair is very messy. I bought these on the assumption that they would be as good if not better than the original wet brush and they aren't even remotely worth it. I've used a wet brush for many years because my hair gets very tangled, but these brushes pull out a lot more hair than the original brushes and I have to brush them a lot harder and more to detangle them, so I wouldn't recommend them at all . Choose the original wet brush, not this one.

I have curly hair. And broke a few wet brushes. But I keep coming back to them because they are the best comb for my hair. This particular web brush style was the best and strongest I've ever used. I highly recommend them. They should help dry, which I think they do for my hair. But the main reason I use them is for the detangling and combing power.
