Missing items! on my review.

So the product description said it came with the three items but the only thing sent was the mask. The item said returns were not accepted-how do I get either the extra items or reimbursed for what I did not receive?

Pros
  • Fit 13yo son well but he said it was hard to breathe while wearing it.
Cons
  • I don't care for ripped stuff that I have to repair
