I ordered two of these bracelets, one for each of my two daughters for Christmas. A daughter lives out of state so I wasn't able to see this item before giving it to her. it came in a cellophane bag, stuffed into a velvet pouch, all the charms are stuffed to the end of the bracelet, only two have lobster clasps, all the others are attached with wire that can snap off causing damage to the bracelet.
