This kit was perfect for fixing my son’s sweat pants. The waist on the pants was too big (and not adjustable) but the length was right. The cord from this kit was thicker than what I was able to get at a local craft store (too thin), and the right tension for a boy to easily adjust. The only thing missing was rivets! If I had bought the too thin cord, and two packages of spring locks at the craft store I would have spent more money overall and gotten less product.

I used this to add a drawstring to the bottom hem of my park to get rid of the draft. Worked great. I found it useful to fold over an inch of the cord, wrap thread around it and then fed it through the hole I made in the hem. Didn't take long and made my slightly over-sized parka much warmer without the draft.

I bought these for an unadvertised use. I needed something to make my grow light panels slightly adjustable, but mostly just to help to suspend them. They are working great for my intended use! Not a single problem with the cord or stoppers. Now mind you, the panels only weigh about 2.2 lbs, but the cord was cut to the lengths I wanted and gave sufficient stretch without overstretch. Elastic is hard, hurts ears. Toggles are too big, makes hair stick out. Overpriced and worthless to me, find smaller toggles, lighter elastic.

All was good, but the package was delivered at my neighbor's door not mine.which is not a good thing.I really don't appreciate that.

Easy to use. Need as others have said, some clear nail polish or nail strengthening liquid to seal the ends of the cord. The set does not come with instructions, making it difficult for beginners to use.

This cord is the worst I have used, by far. It unravels quickly and using a flame to seal the end doesn’t work at all. I’ve Tried every idea that has worked on other products, yet nothing works.

The cord is too thick for the slots on the fastener. It took me 30+ minutes to get both through. I tried with duct tape to no avail. It’s a shame because the cord and fastener seem like good quality!

Very happy to get the elastic and spring locks for the masks I am making. Comfortable and love they can be adjusted for a tight fit. Would order again.

Basically the product is fine. My one criticism is that the quality of the elastic cord is mediocre. After several uses the cord will stretch such that it dosen't come back to its original length.

In theory these are fantastic. Overall, it’s a good purchase. My only complaint is that it is hard to get two layers of this into the clip when making a mask.

Great product, resealable packaging is helpful but it would have been best to have some instructions included. Thread is a little wide for toggle piece so I'm guessing there must be tweezers or a tool that is needed.

Worked great for drawing close pouch bags. Exact size measurements greatly appreciated. Can't beat this price for toggles and quality stretchy cord.

I made some silverware holder bags for relative who has tremors and uses special, weighted silverware. Needed the bags to close and be easy to carry.

I ordered this to replace a drawstring on my bike shorts. Yesterday I replaced the string and put the shorts on to test it out. It works fine. I also like the fact that the kit came with a generous amount of materials, both string and clips, to be used on any other garments I might need it for.It also saved me from having to buy another expensive pair of mountain bike shorts. Fox bike shorts are not cheap. So the kit paid for itself in one use. Good deal.

I bought this for homemade masks I'm making. The elastic is strong but its too hard to go around your ears so I had to switch to something else. If you need elastic that is thick and durable, this is great.

These have all sorts of uses. Well made and durable. A double-thickness of 1/8" cord works well. These are single-hole which wasn't quite clear in the description—exactly what I was looking for. I'd buy these again.As you can see in the pictures, attaching finger cymbals to a stand or my hand is one of the many, many possible uses.

I make face masks that use cord and then tie on the back of my head. I didn't like tying the cords behind me as I found it awkward, so I decided I needed cord stops.These came in the time promised and included a package of stretch cord. I have found them to be easy to use and they keep a tight grip on 1/8" thick cords. I have machine washed and dried the masks many times and the cord stops have come through the washer and dryer well. They are just what I needed!
