Terrible wall plate. The plastic snap in connector for the coax cable mounting blocks your ability the Titan the coax cuz the throughput connector. Have the change the wall plate metal connector for a longer one on both sides cut the plastic away epoxy it together and then I was able to use it for the installation tomorrow. Hopefully the ethernet pass-through fitting on the wall plate we'll work otherwise I'll have to replace the whole thing and come back another day an extra three to four…

One of the Ethernet ports doesn’t work. The other one "works” but only gets about 1/3 of the speed it should. When I bypass the port and go straight into the router I get 3X the speed. Using all cat6 cables, tried everything, and it’s definitely the cheap connectors in this wall plate.The coax port worked fine.

I used this to add a 2nd ethernet jack in an existing box. This does not act like a multi-port switch. You will need to run a 2nd ethernet cable to the box. It works fine for me.

Easy to install if you have the right tools. Works great so now I have a wired connection in my office instead of using wifi.

I moved my internet modem and main router from a bedroom to my office so it would be more centrally located in my house. I have a mesh system and ran ethernet backhauls from the other 2 routers to my office and installed a new ISP coax cable to the office. This plate worked perfectly to make everything look professional and everything works as it should.

Very poor product design. Very hard to reach the co-ax connector from the inside to rotate wire-side of the connector to it, because the plastic fitting is on your way. You can turn the only 5 degrees (0.01 inches) at a time and take forever to complete the connection.I still kept it and giving 2 stars because of the overall specs of the product matches my needs and hard to find elsewhere.
