These hangers are very light. They have a great price for the crowd. I bought them to sell on consignment, not for everyday use. They are best suited for light clothing. Again, you can't beat price over quantity. I didn't want to pay a lot for the hangers I used for consignment and yard sales. For what I use them for I will buy them again.

The image on the left compares the received hanger on the right with previous 'standard' hangers purchased elsewhere in the past. The wire is about half what other hangers I've bought have. They hold a light shirt but no more than that without flexing. Will work fine for a while but expect it to lose shape very quickly. Great for one time use in a shirt wash but not for long term use or heavier garments like flannel or corduroy shirts definitely won't hold up a dress without flexing.

These hangers are exactly the same as the white hangers you can get at dry cleaners. I have a lot of shirts, t-shirts and work polo shirts and a small closet. The bedroom is always so crowded. So I bought a box of these white wire hangers to replace the thick plastic hangers in my closet at home. They're not as strong as the wire hangers I used as a kid, but they're enough for my needs. I only need them for my shirts. Nothing heavy. Good, because these hangers don't hold up very well when you hang sweaters, light jackets or even sweatshirts with these wire hangers. But t-shirts

So I'm seeing a lot of feedback that these hangers are too flimsy, too light and for nothing more than light hanging. That's exactly what I wanted. I won't hang a thick sweater or jacket on it.
