Customer service phenomenal

Sweater dryer arrived but no hook to hang. I contacted customer service who contacted the seller and immediately apologized for the problem. I asked if I could get a replacement hook instead of returning the whole item. They were more than happy to ship the hook. They took extra time to explain that it would take about a week. Of course it arrived as promised. Hook attached and now hanging. Very light for storage yet sturdy enough to wear on my sweaters. VERY happy with the purchase and greatโ€ฆ

Great stand, easy to store, difficult to stack

I've been using this sweater dryer for years and love it. It folds easily for storage and slides out when I need it. I'm quite small and can wear two sweaters at once if needed. In the winter I started wearing sweaters almost every day, so I need to be able to dry a lot of sweaters at once. However, this rack does not stack well. The power supply is pulled over pins, which works well with just a post, but pops out quickly when I try to stack them on top of each other. This is a great product if

Durable Drying Racks

Bought 4 of these racks to replace the worn out stretched racks I already have. These racks are sturdy and will easily hold a heavy, wet sweater. The net fits well and the frame folds out easily. However, the cross-section of the rack beam is higher than the sag of the lattice. It doesn't seem to have any effect on clothing like t-shirts, but I've found that my heavier sweaters get a bit of a bulge where they rest on the support. It also slows down the drying of fabrics lying on theseโ€ฆ

Good product. good company

I bought three of these shelves a few years ago. (EST. 10 years). Eventually one broke and I bought two more. These stands are great. They fold up for storage, and because they're hanging, they're easy to get out of the way. I like that they fold up because they take up less desk space. (At first I was hoping they would fit my washing machine. They don't, but that's fine.) The crossbar reinforces the mesh to prevent pulling. There are other racks that are more durable but not as versatile. Anโ€ฆ

The network was too small. Don't buy this!

It's terrible! The net is too small to easily fit on the frame. I couldn't hook all four corners myself because a corner popped up every time I tried to hook the fourth corner. In the end I asked my husband to help me. I had to hold two corners while he held the third and stretched the fourth into position. When we were done our dog came over to have a look and started sniffing a corner and the net popped out so we started over. The net began to break in the corners. Once the net was taut, allโ€ฆ
