I've used several hangers for skirts, shorts and capris and this is the best I've found. Each hanger easily holds two pants or skirts without slipping, even with fairly thick belts. I used to hate finding clothes on the floor after they'd slipped off an unlined wooden or plastic hanger. They are also light enough for travel. I simply put the skirts that are still on the hanger in my suitcase and hang it up as soon as we arrive at our destination.

These are without a doubt the best trouser hangers on the market. I have some from a few years ago that I believe were made by Whitmore but they are a bit smaller. Locally I can't even find pant hangers that aren't clips or straight bars in a department store, which is odd, and I've never liked wooden hangers as they don't always hold up well and can warp. I ordered these after buying a hanger that didn't have an elastic that grips the fabric when you squeeze the sides of the hanger. The bad ones look exactly like this, but after finding my pants on the floor too many times, I realized I hadn't bought the ones I had before, even though they looked exactly like these.
