After balancing the blades, everything works smoothly. Very beautiful and cool. Light serves more to set the mood than to illuminate. Expresses a lot of air to circulate.

This fan works well and looks good. A ceiling fan's appearance ranges from utilitarian to decorative, but this one goes beyond mere decoration. It really compliments the vintage decor of my old house. I didn't assemble it as it was installed by electricians and they just left it in the box. I don't know how difficult it was to put together or work with, but it looks amazing and saved my life last summer.

This fan is beautiful! It's well built and easy to install. The metal wings can be disabled for some, but they move air in a fairly large space. I have another ceiling with traditional wooden blades and they don't even come close to moving air like this fan does. The motor of this device is also very quiet. Make sure you install this fan with a ceiling fan mount as it is heavy but what do you expect from a fan like this.

This item is great assembled and in place! The fan is excellent, quiet and does NOT vibrate. But put that together? The instructions were basically useless. Then putting on the blades was almost impossible. My hands aren't that big, but I could barely slip my fingers between the motor assembly and the blade's proximal screw to tighten it. The screwdriver kept hitting the motor and I wanted to pull it out of the ceiling! I ended up putting them on but I think they are upside down because the…
