the mats are definitely well baked and my bread doesn't stick. The skillet is thin and warped in the oven, but flattened out after cooling. It didn't affect the baking of my bread, but it did startle me as it split and the corner rose in the heat. The pans are flimsy but do the job and I love the silicone mats.

The description says "not easily deformable in the oven" (that's their English, not mine). It broke on first use. In less than two minutes in the oven, a knock was heard. The deformation was checked when the furnace was opened. One corner was lifted more than 2.5 cm while the other three remained in contact with the oven shelf.

when I read the reviews of the sheet pans, I almost bought them. I am a chef and these pans are exactly as described, durable, stainless steel and easy to clean. My first experience was roasting cauliflower, it turned out great. I fried at 400 degrees, not deformed. wiped mat. The next morning there were cookies and they came out great, not sticky, didn't warp and peeled easily. Also, the price for 4 pieces is really good.

I bought these specifically for the warp free pan and am very disappointed that they actually warp in the oven. Certainly not as bad as my old pans, but they still do. The substrate doesn't quite fit in the pan, but not too bad. But once something is baked in that pan it needs a lot of washing to remove it, but that seems normal with stainless steel no matter what. The silicone mat works just like the others I've had so not many complaints other than the sizing doesn't quite fit.

My industrial household has a smaller oven than most ovens, so my grill and pans need to be a little smaller. These leaves are the perfect size. Two complaints: 1) I bought 2 pans with SilPat pads. I also wanted the grate to fit that pan size, but to do that I had to buy more pans that I don't need and; 2) Weight and thickness were significantly less than half size pans and deformed when used in the oven but flattened out again on cooling. They are serviceable but I will not buy them again.

I bought a freeze dryer for harvest, medium. The trays on this site cost $69, so I was looking for something a little more affordable. These trays are heavy like the others and they are stainless steel rather than aluminum which is important to me. Two of these shells are an average size of the other. We tested these pans in our Breville BOV900BSS Smart Air Convection Oven and Roasting Oven when we received them. I was very pleased with how well they fit on the oven rack as if the trays were made for that oven. We heated each pan to 425 and they didn't warp; very satisfied. My sheets warp when heated - loud popping noise. Most dishes I've baked (cookies and such) have not been affected, but when I was toasting sunflower seeds recently, the leaves deformed when hot and cracked badly - a few seeds popped right out of the tin on the oven floor.
