So my husband has been using these blades for a while and is generally very dissatisfied with these blades. I think he would agree with a reviewer who said these blades can only be marginally sharper than your dullest kitchen knife. My husband has an average beard, shaves about every other day and has to change the blade every other use. His face doesn't seem hurt, but his patience is there. As we have many of these he will use them up but we will not order again.

Most other top end DE blades are 15 to 30 cents a blade. It costs 7 cents per blade and works about the same as your PolSilvers, PermaSharps, or various 7 watches. I have been shaving in Germany for a little over a year and have tried many different blades (including Derby, Feather, Personna, Astra, Gillette Silver Blue etc) and they are without a doubt the best. I never get cuts or scrapes from these blades so they are the smoothest I've ever used. They are also very sharp and ensure a very close shave. Sharp, YES. Good price. VERY, but they leave a nasty burn and cut. I have tried the German Wilkinsons and they are very good quality so I will continue with them. I've heard a lot of good things about these Indian or Chinese blades, but either I have bad blades or my skin is too sensitive. I have sensitive skin and thick facial hair. I burn myself very easily with most DE blades. I use Rockwell 6S. The blades I received are made in China. I haven't seen a better knife for me. They cut just as tight as Gillette Nacets but don't irritate my skin at all. They are forgiving and still provide a very close shave. I only use the blades once and then throw them away.
